{RIVINGTON ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHY} Emma + Ben (and some extras too)

Emma and Ben got married last month (I'm still a little behing with blogging!). There day was wonderful, sunny and happy.. look out for it coming up in the next few days :)

But before the wedding we met up at Rivington Hall Barn to have a chat about the plans for the day, and do a little engagement shoot. If you are wondering whether to go for an engagement shoot or not then I'd definitely recommend it.. it gives you a little practise so that you're relaxed in front of the camera and also means that we get to know each other a little better... all of which makes for a smoother and easier run on the big day itself!

Anyway, here's what we got up to in and around the fields of Rivington...Emma and Ben brought along their two little girls who are alot of fun :)

What a gorgeous family! Can't wait to share the wedding...soon!

{PRESTON WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY} Allen and Nicola's beautifully rainy day

Yes, it rained pretty much all day. Quite a challenge for a photographer, and not something that I normally look forward to... but I loved it! The umbrella's, the raindrops, the storm clouds.. they all just added to what was already a brilliant wedding.

The Church was the very quaint St Francis Hill Chapel in Goosnargh, and the Venue, Singleton Lodge, was somewhere I'd never been before.. hopefully I'll be going back. I'd been excited about Allen and Nic's wedding ever since we met for the first time, and she told me she'd got Jimmy Choos!! And it WAS very beautiful. If you haven't seen their Engagement Shoot then take a look, but for now, here's their big day.....
