{BRIDAL SHOOT} with Charlotte at Warton Old Rectory

A couple of months ago I got together with a group of photographer friends for a shootswap at Warton Old Rectory near Carnforth. We had fun snapping away at each other and playing around with some off camera flash, but decided that we really needed to come back and make the most of this BEAUTIFUL location, so the idea of a bridal shoot was born!

I put out a message on facebook to see if any brides fancied digging out their dresses for a 'Rock the Frock' style shoot, and Charlotte came back saying she was definitely up for it. So last Sunday I picked Charlotte and her sister Rachel up and we headed off to Warton to meet the others... Jonathan Yearsley, Hannah Beatrice and Ian Haynes.

It was a little chilly but mostly bright and sunny, and Charlotte did a brilliant job of modelling without a word of complaint!

Here's a few of my favourite shots.....

A few sneaky behind the scenes shots....

and Jonty...

Thanks to everyone invloved, It was alot of fun!

If you fancy a 'Rock the Frock' shoot get in touch, it's a great opportunity to wear your dress again and get some great shots in a different location.

  4. Great shots Emma. It's always good to see how different photographers interpret the same model/lighting/location and come up with their own imagery. The wide angle shots especially.

I so needed to get my hair cut too!!
