{LANCASTER WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY} Elaine + Phil at The Midland Hotel

Elaine and Phil were married on Easter Sunday at The Midland Hotel in Morecambe. If you've never visited this magnificent, seaside, Art Deco hotel.. then you're missing a treat! So many amazing and stylish features, it was a dream to photograph.
Their wedding was elegant and beautiful, understated but chic. Some of their guests wore 1920's style dresses which looked fabulous against the setting, and a pianist created a lovely relaxed atmosphere for most of the day.
Once again I was joined by Joanne Spencer, who did a fantastic job of second shooting for me.
It was a scorching day! We had a wander around the hotel surroundings in the sunshine, before heading inside to meet everyone...

Phil was inside, greeting his guests as they sipped champagne, nibbled canapes and listened to the beautiful piano music...

We then nipped upstairs to the Penthouse room where Elaine and her girls were getting ready...

Time for the ceremony...(an emotional one too!)

Married!...

We headed out for a little dance on the pebbles...

Back inside, the room looked stunning.. with flowers by Catherine

Congratulations to the happy couple :)

I can't wait to be back at The Midland this summer for another wedding! Love it :)

xx
